The location is perfect, the pub is great and food/drinks were of good quality. Staff were friendly. The beds were very comfortable.
To be honest, the room wasn’t particularly clean and it was very dated and the bathroom very small. Noisy outside our room due to be above the kitchen. Corridors very run down. Expensive for what it is compared to other places we stayed whilst walking the coastal path.
